The Birthday Of Jesus Christ According to Quran

According to Christian Churches, the date Jesus Christ was born on is 25 December. September, on the other hand, is the month many researchers have found through studies on The Bible and Torah.

Is there any information in Quran regarding this?

Yes, information about the birth day of Jesus Christ is present in Surah Meryem 23-25. verses:

فَأَجَاءَهَا الْمَخَاضُ إِلَى جِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ قَالَتْ يَالَيْتَنِي مِتُّ قَبْلَ هَذَا وَكُنْتُ نَسْيًا مَنْسِيًّا  فَنَادَاهَا مِنْ تَحْتِهَا أَلَّا تَحْزَنِي قَدْ جَعَلَ رَبُّكِ تَحْتَكِ سَرِيًّا  وَهُزِّي إِلَيْكِ بِجِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ تُسَاقِطْ عَلَيْكِ رُطَبًا جَنِيًّا

23. And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a date-palm. She said: "Would that I had died before this, and had been forgotten and out of sight!"

24. Then [the babe 'Iesa (Jesus) or Jibrael (Gabriel)] cried unto her from below her, saying: "Grieve not! Your Lord has provided a water stream under you;

25. "And pull the trunk of date-palm towards you, it will let fall fresh ripe-dates upon you."

As it says, "And pull the trunk of date-palm towards you, it will let fall fresh ripe-dates upon you" the month Jesus was born on have to be one in which dates are ripe and easily fallen. It is known that Jesus was born near Beytullahim, Palestine. In this area, dates are harvested in August-September. This part of the verse:  “…it will let fall fresh ripe-dates upon you" suggests that September is more likely the correct month.

Another interesting point is made in “"And pull the trunk of date-palm towards you…” How can a woman pull the trunk of a tree towards herself?

Through my research I have found a date species that used to be abundant in this area 2000 years ago but have gone extinct afterwards: The Judean date palm. This plant begins to give fruit as soon as it reaches 1.5-2 meters of height. Additionally, it was believed to be highly curative for many diseases. Despite being fully extinct for years, some seeds were found and sown thanks to an archeological digging in 2005.  This was, presumably, the type of tree Mariam has pulled towards herself.

Rational Christian researchers have discovered that the birth of Jesus Christ was intentionally said to be on December 25 in order to adapt it to a pagan holiday, Saturnalia.  These people also claim that the birth day of Jesus Christ is on Tishri 15 of the Jewish Calendar.  At that time (6 BC), this date would correspond to September 29.  The 15^th of Tishri is the Jewish Sukot holiday. Besides, 10^th of Tishri  is Yom Kipur, the holiest day of Jews. Meaning “the penance day”, Yom Kipur has two themes: penance and repentance. Generally, Jews spend 25 hours fasting and praying, starting on the evening before. According to Jewish tradition, God opens the books of peoples fates on Roş Aşana and closes them on Yom Kipur as he makes his judgment. Throughout the day Jews pray to God that He forgives their wrongdoings to Him and to people. They feel purified at the end of the day. They believe that they regain “the purity before the man was cast out of paradise”.  They believe that Adam was created around this day as well. Quran tells us that the creation of Jesus resembles that of Adam in Ali İmran 59.

This knowledge of Yom Kipur leads to Meryem 26:

فَكُلِي وَاشْرَبِي وَقَرِّي عَيْنًا فَإِمَّا تَرَيِنَّ مِنَ الْبَشَرِ أَحَدًا فَقُولِي إِنِّي نَذَرْتُ لِلرَّحْمَنِ صَوْمًا فَلَنْ أُكَلِّمَ الْيَوْمَ إِنْسِيًّا (26)

“So eat and drink and be contented. And if you see from among humanity anyone, say, 'Indeed, I have vowed to the Most Merciful abstention, so I will not speak today to (any) man.’”

Since it says “…eat and drink…” not only “eat” or “eat the dates”, it suggests that Mariam is, in fact, encouraged to end her fast. Yom Kipur’s fast in this case. This part of the verse, “So eat and drink and be contented…” indicates that her penance fast is accepted and she is to be delighted.

Thus we figure out that Jesus Christ was born on Yom Kipur, the 10^th of Tishri. This date corresponds to 24-25^th of September.  What is interesting is that 25 September is the equinox on which day-time and night-time are of equal length. The sunset would be at 18.30 for this area in Palestine. Yom Kipur fast lasts for 25 hours, ending one hour after the sunset.  Therefore, Jesus Christ must have been born around 19.30.  Briefly, Jesus was born on 25 September 6 B.C. at 19.30.

Yet, Paul the Apostle who distorted the Bible writes that Jesus Christ will descend from the sky on September Equinox in Epistles to the Thessalonians. Obviously, Paul intentionally distorted the Bible in order to adapt it to Roman tradition as December 25 is a pagan holiday, Saturnalia. He, then, twisted the actual birth day of Jesus Christ to the day of his descend from the sky.
